DR. SEAN MCLAUGHLIN

Chiropractor | Co-Owner

After completing his undergraduate studies at Fairleigh Dickenson University, Sean began his pursuit of a Doctorate in Chiropractic at Life University, whose program championed an upper extremity cervical approach to treatment. In late 2002, Sean transferred to Logan College of Chiropractic, where he would learn of a contrasting foundational philosophy to treatment that would focus on the sacral and pelvic regions. Upon graduating, Sean had the advantage of studying two different programs with differing philosophical and procedural approaches which would ultimately contribute to his expertise in the field. After working as an associate for a chiropractor in his hometown of Fairfield, NJ, he moved on after three months to open and build his own practice. A few years later, he added a part-time partnership with a Bergen County, NJ practice. During this time, Sean dreamed of expanding his private practice into a multi-disciplinary office that would eventually lead him to a partnership with James Bonardi.  Together in September 2011, they opened Fairfield Wellness & Physical Therapy of Fairfield, NJ.

With certifications in graston technique, ART, kinesio taping, CPR and first aid, Sean brings over 15 years of experience treating a wide variety of patients including, infants, professional athletes, stroke victims, amputees and the elderly. Dr. McLaughlin is dedicated to learning new techniques and exploring new technologies that when combined with his knowledge and sense of humor ultimately offer treatment methods that continue to improve his patients’ lives.

So that’s what he and Dr. Sean set forward to accomplish when founding Fairfield Wellness and Physical Therapy.
